Here are some reminders:
- Please keep in mind that these forms are due on Friday of each week. Although they can be filled out on a daily basis too.
- Don't forget to fill in each required field and all vital information as your pay is based on this.
- Each employee is responsible for filling in their own information and keeping track of all work done.
- Please keep in mind that inaccurate forms or incorrect information will only make more work for accounting and slow things down, including your pay check.
- Please note that if your incorrect information leads to AAA not getting paid, that also will effect your pay.
- If you run out of room and still have more to send in, please just send in one form, then select another and continue filling in.
- Please make sure you print off the form each time you send one, that way if something happens, computer wise or other, you won't have to rely on your memory to answer questions. After you have received payment for your breakdown or time sheet, then throw it away if you want.
- The last line of each form is for office use only.
- Time Sheets are to be filled out by all employees except Team Leaders.
- Break Downs are to be filled out by Team Leaders only.
